We live in an innovation era. Companies resemble a huge “workshop”, where prototypes and new products are created at a dizzying pace. Agile is a methodology that suits its name – created to satisfy these dynamic business needs. But what is the meaning behind this term and how does it affect the work environment? 

Biophilic. Natural working space. This trend is slowly but effectively changing offices. Before Amazon opened the botanical garden inside their office building in Seattle, we created an architectural concept based on greenery for our client’s headquarters in Gdynia. A concept for a real work space, one which is probably the greenest office in the world.

Can space inspire a user to think creatively and generate fresh ideas? How to build a community within it that will exchange knowledge and form a creative collective? Answers to these questions can be found in the brand new work environment of brands such as Onet, Business Insider, Noizz, Forbes and Ofeminin. 

Reputation, flexibility, comfort and work quality. Local character, elements of a narrative, design combined with functionality. These features describe the new office of Nordea. The office that will reflect both a modern organisation and its willingness to evolve.

Colorful, green, diverse and warm. A place you will fall in love with. We introduce you brand new working environment for the largest online classified ads company in Poland – OLX. The project was finished on the 11th floor of the Q22 building in Warsaw.

536 plants in 100 square meters! In the Warsaw’s Skanska Office you can find a real jungle. After the implementation of the greenest fffice for Nordea, once again we created an extremely green zone in the corporate environment. And this time there are even more plants!  

GroupM – the largest global media group, the part of the WPP network, needed a space for itself and media agencies: MEC, Maxus. In addition to 2000 sqm of MediaCom office, for the other media companies, we were asked to design 4500 sqm of space based on individual needs of each agency and its character.

How an office can meet needs of dynamically changing company? How workplace design can follow and support business goals of modern organisation? Story of Nordea’s Seaport office is perfect example of cooperation that benefits with a real business results. 

Analysis of the work character has helped to find the optimal solutions for the new Ceneo office. The key assumption was creating common spaces that would integrate and activate employees.

The head office of the company Savills in Q22 building in Warsaw combines British elegance with minimalist Scandinavian design. Even though the office is one of the smaller projects completed by Workplace in 2017, the development of the concept was surprisingly time-consuming.
